Here’s the full repertoire of Lily’s homestyle cookies. At least a dozen flavors rotate seasonally at our Cookie Bar — make your own mix for 65 cents per cookie or $7 per dozen. Cookies featured in the “Baked Fresh Daily” list may be ordered by the dozen with as little as a few hours’ notice (For other treats from the “seasonal” list below, please allow two days’ advance notice). Chocolate Chip

The perfect execution of a classic: a little bit crisp on the outside and soft inside, made with high-quality bittersweet chocolate.

Cowboy Cookie

A favorite with local kids and grownups, made with an oatmeal base, chocolate chips, pecans, coconut and a hint of cinnamon.

Ranger Cookie

A Western classic: oats, cornflakes, coconut and pecans lend terrific flavor and texture.


So simple, so good: this cookie has a buttery, crumbly texture enlivened by the crunch of brightly colored coarse sugar.

Texas Honey

Tender and chewy like a snickerdoodle, with the rich flavor of honey and a crackly, cinnamon-sugar top.

Iced Lemon

Plenty of zest in the dough and juice in the icing make these refreshing cookies a local favorite.

Poppyseed Thumbprints

Poppyseed-laced shortbread filled with apricot or raspberry jam is flavorful but not too sweet – perfect with tea.

Rosemary Shortbread / Lavender Shortbread

Lily’s famous chocolate version has the same great wedding-cookie texture, suffused with rich cocoa and and a bit of rum.

Almond Toffee Crunch

Almond slices and toffee bits enrich the buttery flavor and crumbly texture of this recent addition to the cookie bar.  This  “new kid on the block” has been welcomed with rave reviews and enthusiasm!

Oatmeal Raisin

No messing with tradition here:  just the pure comfort of oats and plump raisins.

Double Chocolate Pecan

These rich cookies have brownie-like chewiness with a slightly lighter texture – divine!

Peanut Butter

Lily’s sublime combo of crunchy peanut butter and peanut-butter chips.


Large (4-inch) versions of the chocolate chip, cowboy and peanut butter cookies, as well as a “grown-up” chocolate chip cookie with walnuts and dark Belgian chocolate are available for $2 each. The “Suicide Cookie” (far left), a large chocolate chip cookie dipped in dark chocolate and covered with M&Ms and sprinkles, is $2.75.




Lily’s makes them dense and gooey, with bitter and semisweet chocolate and studded with just the right amount of walnuts.

Lemon Bar

Our buttery crust is filled with zesty lemon curd and dusted with confectioner’s sugar to make a refreshing, tart treat.

A raspberry lover’s delight! Raspberry marmalade and a yummy crumb streusel topping adorn a buttery brown sugar shortbread crust. Try it with whipped cream or french vanilla ice cream. It’s even good for breakfast with coffee!

Pecan Pie Bar

A new twist on a Texas favorite! Just like pecan pie – but in a hand held bar – this classic southern favorite will win your heart and your taste-buds! Yes, we make cookies from potato chips. They have a nice sandy texture, salty-sweet flavor, and the richness of pecans.


A true Texas-German comfort food, this toothsome, soft blond cookie is covered with fresh cinnamon sugar.
